Give a radial motif room at its centre
A radial design can have elegant outer points while its centre becomes an unreadable knot. Before adding more repeated units, draw the centre and one unit as deliberate shapes. Krita’s Multibrush documentation describes repeated strokes around an axis. The tool can repeat a decision quickly, so it is worth making that decision clear before multiplying it.
Draw one unit and its inner boundary
Use an invented flower-like or geometric unit, avoiding an established official emblem. Mark where the unit begins near the centre and where its outer point ends. Keep a deliberate central opening or solid shape if the design needs one. Do not let every line converge automatically at the same point. Compare the unit with the empty space beside it; the repeated gaps become part of the final motif just as much as the drawn strokes.
Compare repetition counts without changing everything
Krita’s Multibrush symmetry mode repeats strokes around the axis at even intervals. Use the current documented controls to make two rough alternatives with the same unit but different repetition choices. Keep overall size comparable. Inspect whether the centre clogs and whether the silhouette still has a clear rhythm. More points can change the character of the design; it is not automatically a more detailed or more valuable version.
Inspect the actual application size
Place the motif in the intended border, badge or background area and inspect the centre there. If it collapses, try a simpler inner unit or a larger central opening before adding colour effects. Keep the chosen unit and repetition description in the editable source. Where a smaller variant is needed, label it deliberately rather than quietly removing lines from the only master. The final sheet should make the design reusable without requiring another creator to reverse-engineer its construction.
