Follow one doorway crossing through three boards

A complicated scene is not needed to expose an unclear transition. Invent a moment in which one person carries a parcel through a doorway. Draw three boards and ask whether the action can be followed without the artist explaining which side everybody is on.

Choose what changes between the boards

Use the first board to establish the person and doorway, the second for the crossing and the third for the arrival. This is an exercise structure, not a rule that all scenes require three shots. Keep the parcel and the person identifiable across the sequence. Krita’s storyboard documentation describes a sequence of drawings with production directions; use the notes to identify the action rather than hiding unclear drawing behind a long explanation.

Keep a small position sketch beside the sequence

Draw a rough overhead arrangement of the doorway, starting point and destination. Mark the viewpoint used for each board in your own notation. If the route becomes confusing, compare the board with that sketch before adding another camera angle. Ask a reviewer to describe where the parcel moves and note the first hesitation. This observation is about the invented sequence, not a measured claim that one camera arrangement is always easier for every audience to understand.

Repair the transition that failed

If a hand changes sides or the object appears beyond the door too early, revise the relevant board and compare again. Keep the scene goal stable so the new drawing can be judged against the original question. Once the crossing reads clearly, decide whether the larger story needs an extra reaction or detail. Retain the simple version as a reference for continuity. More elaborate rendering should follow a readable action rather than replacing it.
